Welcome to NeoTribes World. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

NeoTribes World is a platform designed to help people and communities discover, share, and connect around intentional, place-based, and regenerative ways of living. It is not a booking service, marketplace, or intermediary, and it does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any community, event, or individual listed on the platform.

2. User Accounts & Content

You are responsible for the information you provide on NeoTribes World, including profiles, descriptions, images, and messages. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

NeoTribes reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with the platform’s purpose.

3. Community Listings

Community (“tribe” or “neotribe”) listings are provided by users and represent their own perspectives and claims. NeoTribes does not independently verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for experiences, interactions, or outcomes that occur as a result of connections made through the platform.

Participation in any community, visit, event, or exchange is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NeoTribes World respectfully and in good faith. This includes:

• Treating other users and communities with respect
• Not misrepresenting yourself or others
• Not using the platform for spam, exploitation, or harmful activity
• Not posting objectionable, abusive, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or illegal content

NeoTribes has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may suspend or permanently eject accounts that violate these principles, and we remove reported objectionable content within 24 hours.

5. Support & Contributions

Any financial contributions or supporter memberships are voluntary and help sustain the development and operation of the platform. Contributions do not guarantee specific features, outcomes, or services.

6. Early-Stage Platform

NeoTribes World is an evolving project. Features, structures, and policies may change over time as the platform develops. We aim to communicate changes transparently and thoughtfully.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeoTribes World is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoTribes is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions between users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. User-Generated Content & Safety

NeoTribes World includes user-generated content such as profiles, community listings, visions, events, and messages. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

• You must agree to these Terms of Use before registering or logging in.
• You can filter objectionable content from your feed by reporting it (it is hidden from your feed immediately) and by blocking the user who posted it.
• You can flag / report objectionable content from profiles, listings, visions, events, gatherings, and chats.
• You can block abusive users. Blocking notifies NeoTribes and instantly removes that user's content from your feed.
• NeoTribes reviews reports within 24 hours, removes the offending content, and ejects the user who provided it.
